Privacy Policy

The short version
- The game has no accounts, ads or in-game purchases, and nothing in our code sends your data to us.
- We’ve turned off Unity’s diagnostics and analytics, and in our tests the game made no network connections.
- Steam shares some data with games, as explained below.
- This website has no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking scripts. Its host keeps technical logs.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not knowingly give it out.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your data, and we do not knowingly give it out. The only exceptions are the services named on this page, which handle some of it so the game, this site and our email can run, and anything the law requires us to hand over.
Who we are
Adventurer Guild Manager is made and published by WileySoft. For questions or requests, email admin@wileysoftgames.com.
The game
Your saves, settings, screenshots and logs are stored on your computer, and our code doesn’t send them anywhere. If you choose to share a log or a save with us, for example in a bug report, we use it to look into the problem.
The Discord button opens our invite in your browser. It sends nothing else.
The Unity engine
The game is built with Unity. We’ve turned off Unity’s diagnostics, analytics, advertising, in-app purchase and performance reporting, and the game isn’t linked to a Unity Cloud project. When we watched the game’s network connections in our tests, it made none. Unity’s policy for players covers anything Unity itself collects.
Steam
You buy and play the game through Steam, which Valve runs under its own privacy policy. That policy says games can receive at least proof that you own them, plus data for the Steam features a game uses, tied to your Steam ID. It also says Valve doesn’t knowingly share real names or email addresses this way.
Valve also gives us reports on the game’s sales and wishlists. If you use Steam Cloud, your saves are stored by Valve.
This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images come from the site itself.
The site is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, Netlify processes your IP address and keeps logs to run and secure its service. It does this on our behalf under its data processing agreement, which bars it from selling that data or using it for marketing. It may process the data outside your country, including in the United States. Netlify sets how long its logs are kept. We don’t use them to identify anyone. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
adventureguildmanager.com and agm.wileysoftgames.com redirect here. Porkbun runs those redirects and the DNS for our domains, and may log technical details of the request. See Porkbun’s privacy policy.
Because we don’t track visitors, a browser’s Do Not Track signal doesn’t change anything here.
When you email us
If you email us, we keep your address and your message so we can reply. Our email is hosted by Zoho, which handles it for us and stores data in the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where it operates. See Zoho’s privacy policy.
Discord and social media
Our Discord server and social media accounts run on those services, under their own policies: Discord, X and Instagram. The links on this site are plain links, so nothing loads from those services until you click one.
Anything you post in our Discord server can be seen by other members and by us as the server’s admins, including through the bot we use to run it.
Your choices and rights
You can email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We hold very little, usually just the emails you’ve sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is our legitimate interest in running this site, supporting the game and answering you. For data held by Valve, Unity, Discord or the other services named here, please use the contact options in their policies.
Children
The game and this site aren’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us some, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and announce significant changes in the news.
